Online Support Contracts
Facilities fitted to our systems enable us to give up to 24 hour on line support to customers.

This has proven to reduce production down time.
Engineers also available for on site servicing.

Telephone support contracts
Engineers available to give 24 hour support by telephone, to talk customers through electrical problems.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Why wait until it breaks down?
Why not have a PPM contract?

Experience has proven that this works. Recently a PPM visit discovered a leak between motor and gearbox.

Unit replaced during PPM visit and no production was lost.
